Paul Strobel
Mining Geologist/Regulatory Specialist
B.S., Geology
Paul Strobel has over 40 years of senior level experience in the mining and minerals sectors throughout the western United States and northern Mexico. Mr. Strobel has provided consulting services to the mining industry involving merger and acquisition due diligence, establishment and supervision of exploration and development drilling programs, property evaluation and acquisition, and grass roots mineral exploration programs. His management experience includes establishing, overseeing, and budgeting multiple interdisciplinary departments and personnel, including drafting, geochemistry, geophysics, lands and legal, accounting, records management, a full service analytical laboratory, and drilling activities. He has worked as a minerals exploration field geologist, which involved on-site exploration of remote areas to evaluate the potential presence of economic mineral deposits. In the field, he has designed and managed drilling programs for both exploration and mine site development, which involved both public and private lands, and required close coordination with government land management agencies or landowners. Prior to conducting exploration and drilling activities, judgments and evaluations regarding environmental site impacts, as well as general public reactions were necessary.
